Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.

Non-returnable items:Innerwear, swimwear, customized/personalized products, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@vibestyl.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability. Please mention the exchange request when initiating your return.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at support@vibestyl.com with your order ID.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead initiate a return after delivery.

For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
