3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vibestyl.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may slightly vary due to display settings.

5. Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. In case of a payment failure, please do not re-attempt until you confirm with us whether the first transaction was charged.

6. AI Features

The AI Try-On and Style Companion features are provided as-is for assistance purposes. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes. Vibestyl is not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including logos, product images, text, and software — is the property of Vibestyl and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Uploading offensive, harmful, or infringing content
  • Scraping, crawling, or data mining the Platform without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

Vibestyl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
