Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart. The courier partner is selected based on your pin code and order size.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order in the My Orders section of your account.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery twice more. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.
